How much does a rewire cost?
It depends on property size, number of circuits, access and making good. We survey the property and give a clear written quote before work starts.
How long does a rewire take?
A typical house usually takes around a week or so, depending on size and access. Many clients stay at home, and we plan the work room by room.
Can you install smart lighting control?
Yes. We design and install Lutron lighting control systems, including dimming, scenes and keypads, for new builds and existing homes.
Do you install UniFi networks, cameras and video doorbells?
Yes. We install structured cabling, UniFi Wi-Fi, CCTV and video doorbells, and set them up to work together.
Do you work on heat pump and solar installations?
We carry out the electrical side of heat pump installations alongside local installers, and we install electrical supplies for solar and battery systems. Talk to us about your project.
Do I need a new consumer unit?
Not always. Older fuse boards without modern protection are worth assessing, and a new unit is often needed for added circuits, EV chargers or heat pumps. An EICR shows where you stand.
Are you qualified and insured?
Yes. We hold the JIB Gold Card, City & Guilds 2391-52 and NAPIT registration, and are fully insured. Notifiable work is certified and you receive the certificates at completion.
